people can find comfort in prayer and in Church. But most of us need more than just talking to someone. We need touch and that physical feeling of love and acceptance. ANR is Gods gift and is the escape from the madness in this world. this allows two people to express there love and desire for each other.

Proverbs 5-19 Clearly God is talking about ANR

 

 Several times I have had people say that passage in Proverbs 5:19 has nothing to do with ANR. And that it is only talking about the marriage of one man with one woman.

"Proverbs 5:19 Let her be as the loving deer and graceful doe; let her breasts satisfy you at all times; and be ravished always with her love."

They are only partly correct. It says "let her BREASTS satisfy you at all times".

Clearly God is talking about ANR. Otherwise it would only say "let her satisfy you at all times".

 you can find reference to being satisfied in Isaiah 66:11 - For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply and delight in her overflowing abundance.

Isaiah 66:11 is speaking to the people and referring to Jerusalem. The point I am making here is how the word  satisfy or satisfied is used in defining its meaning.

The first thing people think of when they hear adult breastfeeding or adult nursing is lactating breasts. To put it bluntly. IT'S NOT about lactating breasts.

Adult breastfeeding and adult nursing are primarily search terms used to help people find others or help on the common interest of oral breast stimulation. Primarily as a form of intimacy. But can also be for health reasons, pleasure, a fetish or some fantasies.

 Please do not judge ANR/ABF by it's title or those who are in to it. the marriage bed is undefiled.

Women are turning to ANR as a form of breast cancer prevention. Studies have shown that the longer and more you breastfeed. The lower your risks of breast cancer.
You do not have to be lactating to get some of the benefits. Just frequent oral stimulation is also beneficial. But lactating women have by far the best benefits of reducing cancer risks.

God has given ways to prevent cancer while bonding in our relationship. Sadly and generally out of ignorance, too many of us only listen when it's too late.

A lot of People in ANR have lost weight. And some have claimed to have lost a lot of weight. Some even swear by it. They say it is because they burn off around 250 to 700 calories from milk production per day.

Personally I think it has more to do with life style changes. People in ANR tend to be more sexually active, eat healthier and have less stress.
