ANR information

If you are new to ANR, just curious or looking for more information on ANR. Here is a list links that can help you find the information you may looking for.

Adult Nursing relationships or Adult Breastfeeding relationships (ANR) is hard to describe because each person sees ANR differently and they are in to ANR for different reasons.

To simplify ANR. You could say that anytime the breast is orally stimulated by another adult, The couple is in some form of ANR. The woman does not have to be lactating.

I hope this helps.

Proverbs 5-19 Clearly God is talking about ANR

Several times I have had people say that passage in Proverbs 5:19 has nothing to do with ANR. And that it is only talking about the marriage of one man with one woman.

"Proverbs 5:19 Let her be as the loving deer and graceful doe; let her breasts satisfy you at all times; and be ravished always with her love."

They are only partly correct. It says "let her BREASTS satisfy you at all times".

Clearly God is talking about ANR. Otherwise it would only say "let her satisfy you at all times".

you can find reference to being satisfied in Isaiah 66:11 - For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply and delight in her overflowing abundance.

Isaiah 66:11 is speaking to the people and referring to Jerusalem. The point I am making here is how the word  satisfy or satisfied is used in defining its meaning.

A Godly marriage and breastfeeding. It's what God made your breasts for.

First, I want to clear up some misconceptions of what ANR is.

Adult nursing (ANR), Adult breastfeeding (ABR or ABF) are all umbrella terms. The simplest way to understand ANR is, any time the breasts are orally stimulated by another adult. The couple is engaged in some form of ANR. Whether or not she is lactating.

The number one reason most people are into ANR is for intimacy. They also find it as excellent way to reduce stress, anxiety and depression. Some women get into ANR as a way to reduce breast cancer risks. yes! There is research that proves this works. You can find it by searching for "benefits of breastfeeding" and "benefits of stimulating the breasts".

Though in theory, a woman doesn't have to be lactating to have some of the advantage of this. But a lactating woman will have by far the greatest risk reduction and benefits.

Some get into ANR as a way to help reduce and manage weight. Most breastfeeding women do loose weight. The idea is that a lactation woman burns between 300 to 700 calories per day. Though I personally think it's more of the placebo and lifestyle change that helps them.

Some are into it as a sexual alternative like those with ED or other sexual issues. Even as a form of abstinence.

When a new mother is having trouble bringing in the milk. Some doctors and lactation consultants will suggest that the father finish orally draining the breasts after the baby is done. Same goes for relieving clogged ducts.

Those of us in ANR find that ANR also preps the breasts for a new baby. Making breastfeeding a lot easier. This is because the breasts are use to being orally stimulated. The milk comes in easier and is less painful. Though there is some caution on this as well. Because too much stimulation can cause premature labor.

There are a lot of emotional benefits as well. Such as, some use it as a way to cope with stress, depression and anxiety.

People get into ANR for a lot of other reasons and a for a lot of other benefits.

ANR is supported in the bible.
Proverbs
Songs of Solomon
Isaiah

This shows ANR has been around for a vary long time and is normal.

There are those who get into ANR with some fetishes such as Lactophilia or infantilism. This is what media likes to make people think ANR is. To be clear. ANR in itself is not a fetish. It is two adults expressing affection and intimacy for each other in there own way. But people like to assume Lactophilia or infantilism is ANR. They are not! But some of those people use ANR as a part of there fetish.

Gods Glory

May God shine his glory upon you and light up your way. Open your heart to others. As God has opened his heart to you.
You are Gods voice and you represent God. As you do good things in Gods name. You show others that God is good and God is here with us all.

But as a christian, when you do wrong to others. You represent Christianity in a bad way. People loose faith in what you represent.

Walk as God intended you to. Represent Gods love and greatness. Be kind to others.

Christian Adult Breastfeeding Relationships

Christian Adult Nursing Relationships. Proof of Gods plan and design

Christian Adult Nursing Relationships

What is ANR and ABR?
Anytime a man sucks on a woman breast, the couple is engaged in to a form of ANR or Adult nursing relationship. Most who are in to ANR will have frequent sessions from nightly to as much as every couple hours. Some are now and then or maybe a few times a week. The time on the breast also varies with couples and there intent.

True ANR is were the couple will have nursing sessions out side of sex. Though sex can be involved, it was not usually the intent of the ANR. Those in a true ANR often have a deeper intimate connection with each other. There sessions are often more frequent such as nightly or any opportunity they may get.

Because ANR can be with or without lactation, some people consider ANR as more of a Adult Nurturing Relationship but most call it Adult Nursing Relationship. The term Adult Nursing Relationship is often confused with a fetish known as lactofillia or erotic lactation.

ABR or Adult Breastfeeding Relationship is the same as ANR. Some people like to say the goal of ABR is to get and keep her milk flowing. But in reality, there is no difference except how you want to word it.

ANR is not a fetish. When a man suggests an ANR, it does not mean he wants to be treated like a baby. Most men do find other benefits such as comfort, relief from stress and anxieties while on the breasts weather up against them or sucking on them. Some women assume he wants a role playing relationship or has a fetish. This is a false assumption, with that she may rejects the idea and the man basic need or desire will never be met. This can lead to feelings of rejection, depression and added anxieties.

Proof of Gods plan and design.
God knew what he was doing when he made woman. He gave her breasts and with them the power to heal emotional wounds. Just like they do with children they can also help her man.

God made woman to be the only creature to develop breasts at puberty before she was pregnant and keeps them long after she can no longer bare children. Women were designed in such a way that with enough stimulation from her man, she can produce milk without ever being pregnant. Her milk also has the stem cells that has been known to kill cancer cells and repair damaged tissue.

The bible clearly stated that her breasts are there for the needs of their children and her man. Otherwise, There is no other reason for the breasts to remain after the children are weaned except for the needs of her man. They add to the intimacy and bonding of there relationship.

God gave women several benefits. Her breasts can calm the house and heal emotional wounds within the family. A lactating women has a much lower risks of:
and other benefits include

Research has shown, women who has never lactated or lactated for a short time are at a much higher risk of the above. (See resources below) Some may say that God truly blesses and rewords those who give themselves to there spouse.

Why would someone have an ANR
There are several advantages to ANR. Some of which mentioned above but it can go much further. For most people, it brings a much stronger bond then just a love sex relationship. People in ANR enjoy the closeness and physical skin to skin contact. A deeper state of intimacy then I can explain. Most say it has strengthened there marriage and brings a deeper or more meaningful connection with each other.

Men feel a stronger sense of acceptance and being needed. ANR helps them to relax and find comfort after a stressful day.

Non lactation ANR
Most people who are in to ANR, do not have a lactating relationship. If a woman is not currently lactating. For some women, the work toward getting her to naturally lactate without having a child is often too large of a task. But not impossible. For most it's just too much work. They are good with dry nursing and the frequent time together.

There are several benefits for non lactating women as well. For example you are not on a set schedule. Frequent stimulation has a lot of the same emotional and health benefits as lactating breasts.
